Our company is self-certified to the ISO 9001:2008 standard. This means, the inspection processes, record keeping, training and monitoring standards of ISO are employed to ensure that the products we deliver always meet the specifications and material requirements.
A number of our customers are large aerospace manufacturers who audit Tri-State to verify if we practice what we claim regarding quality and commitment to our customer’s success. We are proud to acknowledge that we not only pass these examinations, but we also receive quarterly reports on our performance where we have always maintained 100% ratings.

Our Mission
Our motto is RELIABLE PRECISION and we are able to deliver on that promise by backing our dedication to quality with the necessary equipment and skills. The products we make vary tremendously in complexity, so our experience and adaptability help us quickly perform the first article and sampling inspections of everything from simple sleeves or standoffs to complex, internally and externally threaded and knurled inserts.
We maintain an inventory of calibrated and certified tools ranging from basic gauges, micrometers and calipers to digital comparators and customer supplied inspection devices.

Tri State Manufacturing adheres to state-of-the-art best practices for inspecting, tracking, certifying and reporting on the work that we do. The goal is to always deliver the quality that our customers expect. We are almost always performing as a stage of our customer’s manufacturing process, and they cannot tolerate the delays and inefficiency that occur when delivered components get rejected or need rework.
